The Scoop on 'Sold Out' Shows

Wow, you really like us! It's strange to be writing my annual,"so you want tickets to a sold out show..." before Opening Night, but response to this year's festival has been stonger than ever. Thank you! We are already seeing shows sell out (or get down to just a few tickets), so... here's how Sold Out shows work:

Advance tickets for all our shows are available through Seattle's own Brown Paper Tickets. We highly encourage advance purchase since so many of our shows do sell out. When a show is listed as "Sold Out" on Brown Paper Tickets. It really does means that we have sold the maximum amount of tickets we are willing to sell in advance to ensure everyone gets a seat. Sadly, we don't have any secret stashes of tickets beyond what’s been sold on Brown Paper Tickets.

To try to get tickets to a sold out show, come to our on site box office one hour before the show you’re interested in seeing. We'll evaluate how many seats are set, if we can add more, and if anyone has released any tickets. .

IF we are able to release any tickets for sale, we will do so when the on site box office opens one hour before showtime. Only tickets for that show will be available at that time. If we have no tickets to release right away (or when the released tickets sell out) we will begin a waitlist. We will start to work through the waitlist about 10 minutes before showtime, but understand we may still be working on it when the show starts.

There are no guarantees. At some shows we don't have any tickets to release and on many others we are able to release some. You can also follow our Twitter feed to keep up to date with breaking ticket news.

We hope to see each and every one of you at this year's festival, so get those tickets early
